We will be holding the next East Tennessee Miniature Games Day on Saturday, October 25th. Events will be running from 2:00 until 10:00 PM.

Iron Wyvern has snack and drink vending machines, and also a beer permit. Their new kitchen will be serving a hot dogs and fries menu.

The US 175 regiment of the 29th Infantry Division is tasked with driving down the Carentan road from the beach and taking the town of Isigny and the vital bridge there. Meanwhile, the Germans have rigged the bridge for demolition, but must first get their units across the river so they can fight another day. As they drive down the road the US forces begin to take fire from the village of St. Germain-du-Pert on their left flank from what they called “mobile 88s”. Is it AT guns, Tigers, or something else? A detachment is sent to the village to eliminate this threat while the main force drives on to Isigny.

Bolt Action is a platoon level WW2 skirmish game in which you can either recreate historical battles or fight your own!

I’d also like to know if you have your own army or need to borrow one. If you’re brand new and would just like a simple demo game I will have one set up as well. See you all on the battlefield!

Orktober special…

After the Zenian League’s victory over the Kurak Alliance in the battle of the Nebula, they now ready themselves to assault the Wyvern system itself. More ominous for the Kurak Alliance however is the Emerald Star cluster anomaly. A nearby star cluster of green stars that generate what can only be described as massive ion hurricanes. With the biggest one ever seen now poised to slam into the Wyvern system. As dozens of refugee ships from the ion storm flee into the system they bring stories of an mystery fleet riding the storm wrecking havoc on everything in its path. With the Zenian League charging in for a crushing blow, a mystery enemy riding the solar winds and the Kurak Alliance bracing to hold back the flood. A massive three way battle for the fate of Wyvern is inevitable. Choose you side brace for war…or WAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGG!!! Only one will stand victorious in Void Admiral a game of spaceship combat.
